Inside The Third Reich - WWII from Vienna to Berlin
Inside The Third Reich World War II from Vienna to Berlin
28 July - 12 August 2018 Austria, Poland & Germany (16 days)
Germany … a nation that has given us greatness in the form of Einstein, Beethoven, the jet engine, beer and picturesque Rhine castles – is equally remembered for Hitler and the devastation of Europe.
What was life like under Nazi rule and how did it all happen? Explore the dichotomy that is Germany. Venture into the majestic mountain scenery of the upper Rhine, and walk the romantic Baltic seaside. Visit cities that bore the weight of the bombing campaign, and ponder the despair of those who suffered in the infamous camps such as Dachau and Nordhausen. Delve into the Nazi war machine and its ambitions for a new world order – and learn how it all came crashing to an end with the apocalyptic final battle for Berlin.
Liberation Travel presents a fascinating sixteen-day tour that mixes amazing European culture with the disastrous history of 1933 – 1945. Step into the story . . . Inside The Third Reich.
